Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne invites the community to a night of fine dining and enchantment at A Reason to Taste: Masquerade on Friday, Sept. 20. This is one of the College’s biggest fundraisers, where proceeds go towards scholarships and opportunities for hospitality administration students.
The night features five food exhibits that embrace the spirit of Italy with assorted meats and cheeses, polenta cakes, grilled octopus and shrimp, lemon pasta, carved beef tenderloin and marsala sauce, assorted gelato, biscotti, and much more inspired by Hospitality’s most recent trip to the country. There will also be games, live music, a silent auction, and cocktail hour.
Attendees are asked to wear business casual or cocktail dress. Masks are encouraged but not required. Tickets are $125 each and can be purchased when filling out the RSVP form.
Sponsorships for the event are still available. Anyone interested should contact Tracina Smith at tsmith1335@ivytech.edu.
