Ivy Tech is honored to be named a Best of the Best 2025 winner for Excellence in Science and Technology by The Goshen News.

“Technology is the cornerstone of civilization. Everything we do involves some aspect of it,” said Violet Hawking, Dean of Business and Information Technology.
This recognition also underscores the wide range of opportunities and cutting-edge resources available to Ivy Tech students. For example, the college’s partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) brings real-world experience into the classroom through industry-leading tools.
“We’re currently working with AWS and plan to collaborate with other data center providers in the future to make sure our students are fully prepared,” Hawking added.
This award is not just a celebration—it’s a reflection of the exciting work happening every day at Ivy Tech.
