What You’ll Learn
The Working Genius model simplifies work by identifying six core activities and helping individuals recognize the tasks they excel at. Unlike traditional personality tools, Working Genius connects personal strengths to team dynamics, improving collaboration on projects, meetings, and hiring decisions. It combines personality assessment with productivity insights, offering teams a fast and effective way to discover their strengths and enhance performance. In this seminar, you'll learn:
• Understand the Six Types of Working Genius - Identify the six types and their roles in work processes and team dynamics.
• Recognize Key Emotional and Behavioral Dynamics - Understand the impact of guilt, judgment, and disruptive vs. responsive behaviors on team productivity.
• Learn the Three Stages of Work - Understand how ideation, execution, and completion align with different types of working genius.
• Analyze Team Dynamics and Past Projects - Map team members' geniuses to improve collaboration and identify past project challenges.
• Apply Working Genius to Improve Meetings- Leverage team members' strengths to enhance productivity and establish effective meeting norms.
