What is the cyber academy?
Based at an advanced cyber training facility, the Cyber Academy provides students with hands-on experiences and the skills they need to start a cybersecurity career. Students can begin and finish the program in 11 months, preparing them to start a new career in just one year!

Learn at an advanced cyber-training center
The Cyber Academy is based at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC), located between Cincinnati, Louisville and Indianapolis. MUTC serves as a U.S. Department of Defense training facility and is home to the Cybertropolis, a Department of Defense urban cyber testing and training environment.
Cyber Academy students are immersed in this training environment, experiencing the most advanced, state-of-the-art cybersecurity training available.
Earn a degree and certifications
In 11 months, successful students will graduate with an Associate of Applied Science degree and have an opportunity to earn valuable, industry-recognized certifications in cyber security. Students also will have opportunities to:
- Obtain a skill set obtained by the National Security Agency and U.S. Department of Defense.
- Transfer their credits to a four-year university to pursue a bachelor’s degree.
An in-demand, rewarding Cyber career
Demand for cybersecurity professionals is soaring due to advancements in technology and an increase in cyber crimes. A rapidly growing number of jobs is expected to continue faster than companies can hire.
Cyber Academy graduates earn an approximate average of $60,000, and the potential to earn more grows with demand.
