Getting Started
Your first step to starting at Ivy Tech is simple — just apply! Our application only takes 10-15 minutes to fill out and is completely free. If you’ve never applied to Ivy Tech before or if it’s been two years since you last applied, you can get started by clicking here. This page will guide you through which application to complete and the steps you should follow. Once you’re ready, just click “Apply Now.”
Timing
Ivy Tech has five opportunities to start classes throughout the year: January, March, June, August, and October. These start dates have no hard application deadlines, but we recommend applying ahead of time so you can complete the degree planning, financial aid, and registration activities that need to happen before your first day. Your application will take about 7-10 business days to process, after which you will receive an email and acceptance letter in the mail. If you have any questions about the application process, contact your local Admissions Rep or call 888-IVY-LINE (489-5463) for assistance.
Online Application
All Ivy Tech applications are fully online. If you are unable to complete the application or need help with the process, visit your local campus.
