THREE WAYS TO MAKE AN IMMEDIATE ONLINE PAYMENT

  1. MyIvy – Online through MyIvy, Ivy Tech's online student portal, Once logged in, you will be rerouted to IvyPay where you can pay your balance in full or set up a payment plan.
  2. IvyPay – Parents or other authorized users with granted access can pay online via IvyPay on a student's behalf.
  3. TransferMate – This option provides international students a way to reduce additional bank fees when making payments.

For Current Students

  • Current students can make payments online through MyIvy, Ivy Tech's online student portal.

    1. Login to MyIvy
    2. Select My Account Balance

    Once logged in, you will be rerouted to IvyPay where you can pay your balance in full or set up a payment plan. Partial payments cannot be made; it must be the entire balance.

    To pay in full:

    1. Click Make Payment
    2. Select Add for the terms you want to pay
    3. The payment date will default to the current date and cannot be changed
    4. Enter a personal note (optional); click Continue
    5. Select Payment Method from the dropdown list; click Continue

For Authorized Users

  • Authorized users who have been granted access can pay online via IvyPay. Partial payments cannot be made with IvyPay; it must be the entire balance.

    1. Go to IvyPay
    2. Click the Authorized Users button
    3. Enter email and password; click Login button
    4. Click Make Payment 
    5. Select Add for the terms you want to pay
    6. Payment Date will default to the current date and cannot be changed 
    7. Enter a Personal Note (optional); click Continue 
    8. Select Payment Method from the dropdown list; click Continue

    IvyPay payment options include ACH and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Note, a minimal fee applies to all credit card payments.

    Credit/debit card payments are only accepted online unless you have not attended in the last two years and you no longer have access to your online student account. If you have not attended in the last two years and cannot log in to MyIvy, call us at 1-888-IVY-LINE (489-5463) for assistance.

For International Students

    How to Make a Payment with TransferMate

    1. Log in to your student account via MyIvy 
    2. Select My Account Balance in the MY INFO section
    3. Go to the Make a Payment tab
    4. Select TransferMate from the drop-down menu
    5. Follow the prompts to make your payment
