Employee registration is coordinated by the Program Manager supporting your training. Depending on the course, employees may register in person, through an organization-provided roster, or via a self-registration link. Advanced Manufacturing Principles Level 1 is a foundational course that introduces students to core manufacturing concepts and practices essential for entry- to mid-level manufacturing careers. Students explore manufacturing's economic importance, Industry 4.0 technologies, lean principles and waste reduction, basic technical competencies, safety standards, and workplace professionalism. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, guided activities, and practical exercises, students develop awareness-level knowledge and skills that prepare them for OSHA 10 General Industry certification and provide an introduction to the MSSC (Manufacturing Skill Standards Council) content knowledge.
