Build the leadership and communication skills needed to influence safety, guide teams, and prevent incidents. This training equips participants to coach employees, model safe behaviors, and drive proactive hazard recognition.

  • Strengthen leadership skills that directly impact safety performance and team behavior.

  • Understand the role of culture, attitude, and leadership presence in preventing incidents.

  • Improve communication skills for delivering safety expectations clearly and confidently.

  • Enhance the ability to recognize hazards, guide pre-task planning, and drive proactive safety actions.

Employee registration is coordinated by the Program Manager supporting your training. Depending on the course, employees may register in person, through an organization-provided roster, or via a self-registration link. Your Program Manager will guide you through the best option for your specific training.
