OSHA Workplace Safety and Compliance Review

This course educates participants about workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards by reviewing the most prevalent areas of workplace safety and OSHA compliance, such as the history of OSHA and how it was established, OSHA's top violations, and the OSHA inspection process.

This course is to better help supervisors, managers, and HR to understand the process of an OSHA inspection. They will have a better understanding of what initiates an inspection and what is expected of them. Attendees will have a better understanding of what documentation is required of them to ensure they have all their records in place prior to an inspection.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  1. Identify OSHA history
  2. Understand General Duty Clause
  3. Recognize OSHA's top violations
  4. Understand and summarize OSHA protocol

Employee registration is coordinated by the Program Manager supporting your training. Depending on the course, employees may register in person, through an organization-provided roster, or via a self-registration link. Your Program Manager will guide you through the best option for your specific training.
