You will gain insights on effectively preparing and leading sales meetings, resolving team conflicts, strategizing, refining your sales skills, and collaborating with a sales team. By the end of this course, you will have a toolkit of sales resources that will enhance your effectiveness as a sales team member in real-world scenarios.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
