This workshop will equip participants to be more effective communicators and leaders by helping them understand the various generations in the workplace today.

Fusion: Leading Multigenerational Teams is a hands-on journey to understand people better and what makes them think and act the way they do, especially regarding their generational background. This workshop will equip participants to be more effective communicators and leaders by helping them understand the various generations in the workplace today.

You will:

  • Gain an appreciation of major generational groups active in the workplace today

  • Explore the challenges and opportunities multigenerational teams present

  • Receive Insights regarding the world views, needs, and skill sets of various generations

  • Gain an understanding of how to facilitate effective collaboration among multigenerational team members

Employee registration is coordinated by the Program Manager supporting your training. Depending on the course, employees may register in person, through an organization-provided roster, or via a self-registration link. Your Program Manager will guide you through the best option for your specific training.
