Leadership Edge

The Leadership Edge is a comprehensive course designed to enhance both personal and professional effectiveness. By integrating theory with practice, this course provides learners with the knowledge, strategies, and applied skills necessary to succeed in diverse professional environments.

Participants will engage with key concepts, including career reinvention, personal branding, and performance excellence, while also exploring the application of Clifton Strengths and growth mindset principles. Emphasis is placed on developing resilience, leveraging individual strengths, and distinguishing between leadership and management through real-world case studies.

Employee registration is coordinated by the Program Manager supporting your training. Depending on the course, employees may register in person, through an organization-provided roster, or via a self-registration link. Your Program Manager will guide you through the best option for your specific training. Complete the Google Form to register for one, a few, or all of these great sessions.
