The Leadership Development class at Ivy Tech teaches you valuable skills that set you up for success as a leader. Participating students improve essential skills such as communication, problem solving, creativity, and persuasion. The class is proudly community-centered, so students walk away with an enhanced awareness of their community and skills to foster a community vision. They also learn how to build functional and effective teams and create stewardship opportunities.

Employee registration is coordinated by the Program Manager supporting your training. Depending on the course, employees may register in person, through an organization-provided roster, or via a self-registration link. Your Program Manager will guide you through the best option for your specific training.
